General Eligibility Guidelines
Eligibility is reviewed through a supportive and confidential consultation process.
The following are general guidelines for psilocybin services under Oregon law.
- 21 years or older (Oregon law requires a minimum age of 21; residency is not required
- Not currently pregnant or nursing
- Not taking lithium due to known interactions with psilocybin
- Free from active psychosis, schizophrenia, or bipolar disorder with psychotic features
- Not currently experiencing active suicidal or homicidal thoughts
