We are Jessica and Shelah- friends whose paths crossed nearly three decades ago. Over the years we have walked beside each other through many seasons of life. From moments of joy to immeasurable grief our friendship has been anchored in mutual respect, unwavering support and a shared belief in personal growth.

At the heart of our vision are four guiding values:

Authenticity- showing up as our truest selves and creating a space where others feel safe to do the same.

Community- fostering connections, belonging and shared purpose.

Communication- listening deeply, speaking honestly and honoring each voice.

The story behind our name

The name Ripple Journeywork honors our belief that every act of healing, insight, or kindness creates waves that extend far beyond the moment—like a stone dropped into still water. We have witnessed how even the smallest shift can ripple outward, touching lives, communities, and generations.

For both of us, music has always been a source of connection and inspiration. As lifelong music lovers, we chose Ripple also as a heartfelt nod to the Grateful Dead’s song, which reminds us that every note, every step, and every offering of love carries forward.

Our mission is to hold space for transformation—whether subtle or seismic—and to trust that each ripple contributes to the greater tide of healing in the world.

Ripple Journeywork is more than a service center—it’s a community run cooperative of licensed professionals. Ripple operates as a facilitation team where every voice matters. We make decisions collaboratively and through consensus, ensuring that the spirit of community and cooperation is reflected in the way we work together and with our clients. This approach reflects the very heart of our work: being in right relationship with ourselves and with each other.

Our team is both compassionate and professional, creating a grounded and respectful environment where clients can explore with trust and confidence. Each facilitator is trained in trauma-informed care and is guided by the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and safety. Guided by science, rooted in ethics, and informed by the wisdom of the human spirit, we offer legal psilocybin mushroom journeys designed to support healing, clarity, and self-discovery. Our facilitators provide individualized care, meeting each client where they are and honoring their unique path.
