1. Schedule a Consult Call
We invite you to schedule a complimentary consultation to share your intentions, ask questions, and learn more about our approach.

2. Get Matched to a Facilitator
If you decide to continue, we will connect you with one of our licensed facilitators so you can find the person you feel most comfortable working with.
3. Choose a Sanctuary Room
Select the sanctuary room that feels most aligned with the tone and setting you desire for your journey day.
4. Finalize Your Travel Plans
If you’re traveling from out of town, Eugene Airport is nearby and there are many local places to stay. We encourage guests to create spacious, unhurried travel plans around their journey day.
5. Preparation Meetings
Before your journey, you’ll meet with your facilitator for preparation sessions. This time is dedicated to exploring your intentions, comfort needs, and any questions you may have about what to expect.
We will ensure all practical considerations are handled with care and clarity so that when your journey day arrives, you are fully free to step into the space we’ve created for you.
6. Journey Day (On-Site Only)
On your scheduled journey day, you will be warmly welcomed into the center by your facilitator. We will begin by settling into your Sanctuary Room, taking time to ground ourselves in the space before your administration session begins.
Our role is to remain alongside you, honoring the privacy and sanctity of your experience as we follow the legal framework provided by the state of Oregon.
7. Integration Support
After your session, you may choose to meet again with your facilitator for integration support. These conversations help you reflect on the experience and explore how your insights can be woven into your daily life.
Because we view healing as an ongoing process, we also offer access to monthly remote integration circles to provide continued, steady support long after your time at our center concludes
